I have written approximately 30 books, most rooted in true Canadian history, with strong potential for film, television, or streaming adaptation. A selection of titles with particularly strong dramatic or true-crime potential:

Title: Sabotage in Hespeler Genre: Historical mystery / wartime thriller Description: A WWI-era munitions factory fire in small-town Ontario, and the lingering question of whether German spies were responsible. Status: Published Rights: Film and television rights available
Title: Tragedy in Galt — The May 2, 1956 CP Rail Crash Genre: Historical drama / disaster narrative Description: A devastating rail crash told through firsthand interviews with the crew and eyewitnesses who lived through it. Status: Published Rights: Film and television rights available -
Title: The True Story of the 1899 Shipwreck of the "Scotsman" Genre: Historical drama / maritime disaster Description: The sinking of an ocean liner off Newfoundland's Belle Isle, complicated by a drunken robbery of passengers by the ship's own crew — survival, chaos, and betrayal in the same story. Dinner-theatre script
"The Case of the Missing Monroe Diamond" is available for licensed performance. Inquiries should include the proposed venue, performance dates, number of performances, cast size, and expected audience.
One-person play
"Remembe the Coombe - My life as a home child" A one-act play, currently in development, dramatizes the story of the "home children" — young Irish children sent to Canada and placed at the Coombe Home in Hespeler, Ontario in the early 1900s — told through one man reminiscing about his life. Based on Langan's book "Hespeler's Hidden Secret: The Coombe Home 1905–1947." Licensing inquiries may be considered when the work is ready for production.
