Langan's Blueberry Gluten Free Loaf

Set oven to 350 for 50-60min. Mix dry in large bowl, Mix liquid in another bowl, fold liquid into dry mixture .Put in oiled loaf pan.

DRY
  • 1 1/2 cups gluten free flour
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup walnut


WET
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 orange zest
  • 1 1/2 cups of Canadian fresh Abbotsford Blueberries
